Security for charter clients - quality seal for charter companies

If you are planning a charter tour, pay attention to the charter payment protection by Pantaenius, which is offered by participating charter agencies in Germany.

The agencies that work with that payment protection can protect against the loss of your charter payments in case of insolvency or bankruptcy of the charter company - even if the charter base on site is affected and funds have already been forwarded to that company.

The logos are a clear sign of quality for charter companies and stand for the safety of your payment. Participating charter companies are being checked annually by Pantaenius in terms of their solvency and may only maintain and display the Pantaenius Charter Logo in case of a positive assessment. Participating agencies only issue surety bonds for those companies on site that have been checked positive.
If, for whatever reason, such a charter company goes bankrupt or apparently insolvent, the respective surety guarantees that in case of trip cancellation all payments that have already been made will be returned to the charter client.

With the Pantaenius Charter Payment Protection, the charter customer has a tangible security in his hands, which ensures a comprehensive payment protection. The system was developed together with the VDC (Vereinigung Deutscher Yacht-Charterunternehmen e.V.) and has proven to be effective and sustainable in practice.
